A fantastic weekend, with a rather interesting test with the visit to the city of Castro - Urdiales which hosted the triathlon. The area was truly very nice because there was a contrast between sea and mountains. We spent the night in a parking lot next to the beach with stunning views at sunset. We were surrounded by campers, as most of them were runners. The only downside is that we had to go across the beach to reach the area where they make the triathlon.
remember that triathlon is an Olympic no drafting, but I think in the run had less distance to the right because times are not correct for a 10,000. You
triathlon, we had dinner I recommend it spiked, as they were of death. And without fail, a little swimming at the beach and a fantastic time diving (seeing underwater species).
